Important Notice.
We had an NEC coordinators made by 3 members from one branch in Mamelodi and 3 members from Soweto. Unfortunately leadership has to dissolve this structure as it has failed to reach its expectations. Our coordinators have failed in all their portfolios and none has presented its quarterly reports, calendar of events etc. You may attest that the only voice you still hear is that of mine whereas we have an interim of National Leadership in place.
In a movement, leadership is elected in a public community hall, I had no choice but to appoint leadership from Facebook simply because, you are refusing to come out of your shadows. We still don’t have a clear plan in place about having a conference to elect a proper leadership representatives of all provinces.
I might be wrong but my blame is on your political parties who have been using a cult style of leadership on you and as a results my people today are used to freebies and promises from heaven.
Let me clarify this.
Our leader who is also the founder of our beloved movement, his agenda and its program of action is funded by members. It’s important to have coordinators who will be able to draft funding proposals for the movement at large and to support our program of action so that myself and other leaders can be able to criss cross provinces launching our branches and continue to be voice of the movement.
Our organizational report is made available which contains all the work that leadership has done so far. We have engaged with all relevant stakeholders, from Parliament down to municipalities. Leadership is running a digital campaign which includes more than 50 posts per day on Facebook, Twitter, over 100 WhatsApp groups, TikTok and Youtube.
Next year we are going to have our general elections and it is important that we put the issues of the unemployed people of over 35s against ageism (18-35) on national agenda and force all political formations to endorse our campaign to get our votes. If not a different strategy and approach should be in place and ready to be activate and implemented immediately.
Half of our WhatsApp groups especially Soweto, Daveyton, Pretoria, Kagiso, Vaal and others have been hijacked and I am no longer a participants in them. Let’s hope those scams, knows where they are leading our people to because they did not only failed in their duties, but they cannot and they’ve never organize or lead any march, let alone producing any paper work for the movement.
Only trainings that are SETA accredited and government recognized will be allowed to offer our people workshops and training.
All campaigns run with budgets and we have to come up with a solution to that. I said we need a business plan of our movement to have our job creation programs for our members. If not myself as your leader self funded, it is going to become Tsipa’s business proposal not that of the movement.
Note on the 25th April 2023, we are going to have a night vigil, on the 26th April 2023 a peaceful march to submit our memorandum of demands together with this plan as solution to those demands.
Hope you understand this language because leadership with or without you will be having this meeting with the Premiers Office and leadership cannot represent people that don’t exist.

Stand up and be your own voice and let’s fight ageism (18-35), which is a subtle policy of the government to discriminate against the over 35s.
Leadership will never surrender and Leadership will never retreat, because leadership has nothing to loose except to safe guard the future of our children.
